1. General terms and condition

General terms and conditions of online shop Millennium HOME, Millennium Travel d.o.o. have been prepared in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act (ZEPT), Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1).

The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online store, user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

All prices in the online store are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

Prices do not include delivery costs, the latter is listed in the cart or in the Basket Overview section.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity, except in the case of promotions, when the validity of the offer is specifically marked.

The product offer is valid as long as the products of the Millennium HOME sales program are in stock.

We reserve the right to make price errors in the online store www.millenniumhome.eu, of which we will notify the customer within 24 hours of placing the order and reimburse him for any costs already incurred in this regard.

2.2. Order

Ordering takes place via the Millennium HOME website 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The customer selects and orders the products available to him in the online store, classified into categories.

After placing the order, the user receives a notification by e-mail that the order is accepted or rejected if the product is not in stock. In case the item is not in stock, the seller informs the buyer about the delivery time.

We also accept orders via e-mail info@millenniumhome.eu. For orders placed by e-mail, the method of payment is only possible according to the offer / proforma invoice.

The purchase order is concluded in the English language and is binding on both the buyer and the seller.

3. Payment methods

3.1. Methods of payment (applies to private persons)

The purchase price may be paid by credit card, and PayPal. Millennium HOME reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods and refer to other payment methods, or to introduce further payment methods.

  • Payment with credit card:

Millennium HOME accepts credit cards from the companies MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners, Google Pay, AliPay, Apple Pay, Visa Checkout , WeChat. Processing is carried out via an external payment service provider. After entering the credit card data, an additional confirmation mask of the bank with all payment data is displayed. The buyer must go through the respective authentication procedure of his bank and can confirm the credit card payment by entering a security code afterwards. Further information on the authentication procedure can be obtained from your bank. The buyer is liable for any additional costs arising through his fault in the use of his chosen payment method, for example by return debit. If the buyer is paying by credit card, Millennium HOME will debit the purchase price after it receives the order.

  • Payment with Paypal:

When choosing the payment method PayPal, the member is automatically redirected to the PayPal site at the end of the order process. There the buyer can register and follow the payment instructions of PayPal. The PayPal account will be charged directly with the corresponding purchase amount.

From legal entities we accept orders via e-mail info@millenniumhome.eu. For orders from legal entities, the method of payment is possible with credit card, or a according to the offer/ proforma invoice.

We enable all legal entities to return the delivered items within the warranty conditions. The legal entities do not have the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item for no reason, as is the case for consumers (private persons).

4. Costs and methods of delivery

Delivery of shipments is carried out via GLS and Pošta Slovenije. The provider reserves the right to independently choose the delivery service, in order to make the delivery more efficient.

Enter your home or work address when making your purchase and we will send the order to the address of your choice. Products are shipped to you based on the information which you provide to us and you are responsible for the accuracy of such information.

Since all our items are immediately available, we can process your order as soon as it comes in.

You will be informed by email, immediately after your order has left our warehouse.

Prior to placing an order, the customer is enabled via the graphical user interface to, with immediate effect, easily and without difficulty:

  • sees and reviews which products he has selected and added to the shopping cart;
  • sees and reviews the price of an individual product and the total price of the entire selected quantity of an individual product;
  • changes the selected quantity of an individual product and calculates the new price of the quantity thus changed;
  • removes selected products that it does not want to buy from the shopping cart, and
  • Before confirming the order, the customer is enabled to change the selected method of payment with an immediate effect, easily and without problems via a graphical user interface, and to review and confirm individual changes to the order.

6. Invoice

You will receive an invoice for your order by e-mail and together with the product in the shipment.

The customer receives an invoice for each separate order or a separate shipment within the order separately.

The invoice breaks down the price, tax, and all costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data on the invoice and notify the provider of any errors within 8 working days at the latest. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account by the bidder.

7. Right of withdrawal and refund

You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day when you or a third-party appointed by you who is not a carrier has taken ownership of the last good.

Consequences of withdrawal

1. Refund payment

If you withdraw the contract, we have to reimburse all payments received from you, including shipping costs with  at the latest within fourteen days from the day when we receive your notification of withdrawal for this contract.

For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; on no account will you be charged fees due to this repayment.

The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the items (shipping).

The refund will be processed as soon as practicable but within fourteen (14) working days of the Product arriving to the return centre in a perfect resalable condition. Deductions may be made from refunds where such returned Products are returned in an unacceptable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:

  • if no invoice is attached,
  • if the goods have not been returned in their original packaging,

Provider Millennium HOME, Millennium Travel d.o.o. undertakes to process personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing and, as long as this is necessary to achieve the objective pursued, and, if obtained with consent, until revoked.

At the beginning of the user session, which begins when you log in or add the product to the cart, the user’s IP address is also written to the database for security purposes. This session data is kept for up to 2 hours. After 2 hours, inactive sessions are automatically deleted. Additionally, the user’s IP address is also recorded in the server logs for security purposes. He stays there for a maximum of 2 months. After 2 months, the logs are automatically deleted.

2.2. Order

Ordering takes place via the Millennium HOME website 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The customer selects and orders the products available to him in the online store, classified into categories.

After placing the order, the user receives a notification by e-mail that the order is accepted or rejected if the product is not in stock. In case the item is not in stock, the seller informs the buyer about the delivery time.

We also accept orders via e-mail info@millenniumhome.eu. For orders placed by e-mail, the method of payment is only possible according to the offer / proforma invoice.

The purchase order is concluded in the English language and is binding on both the buyer and the seller.

3. Payment methods

3.1. Methods of payment (applies to private persons)

The purchase price may be paid by credit card, and PayPal. Millennium HOME reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods and refer to other payment methods, or to introduce further payment methods.

  • Payment with credit card:

Millennium HOME accepts credit cards from the companies MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners, Google Pay, AliPay, Apple Pay, Visa Checkout , WeChat. Processing is carried out via an external payment service provider. After entering the credit card data, an additional confirmation mask of the bank with all payment data is displayed. The buyer must go through the respective authentication procedure of his bank and can confirm the credit card payment by entering a security code afterwards. Further information on the authentication procedure can be obtained from your bank. The buyer is liable for any additional costs arising through his fault in the use of his chosen payment method, for example by return debit. If the buyer is paying by credit card, Millennium HOME will debit the purchase price after it receives the order.

  • Payment with Paypal:

When choosing the payment method PayPal, the member is automatically redirected to the PayPal site at the end of the order process. There the buyer can register and follow the payment instructions of PayPal. The PayPal account will be charged directly with the corresponding purchase amount.

3.2. Method of payment and order for legal entities

From legal entities we accept orders via e-mail info@millenniumhome.eu. For orders from legal entities, the method of payment is possible with credit card, or a according to the offer/ proforma invoice.

We enable all legal entities to return the delivered items within the warranty conditions. The legal entities do not have the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item for no reason, as is the case for consumers (private persons).

4. Costs and methods of delivery

Delivery of shipments is carried out via GLS and Pošta Slovenije. The provider reserves the right to independently choose the delivery service, in order to make the delivery more efficient.

Enter your home or work address when making your purchase and we will send the order to the address of your choice. Products are shipped to you based on the information which you provide to us and you are responsible for the accuracy of such information.

Since all our items are immediately available, we can process your order as soon as it comes in.

You will be informed by email, immediately after your order has left our warehouse.

The prices displayed by Millennium HOME store include statutory VAT.

5.1 All about the buying process

5.1 Purchase procedure

Registration of the user (buyer) in the online store is not required when ordering.

Purchasing in the online store https://www.millenniumhome.eu consists of the following technical steps leading to the conclusion of a sales contract.

5.2. Technical steps leading to the conclusion of a sales contract

The following technical steps are available to the buyer in the purchase process:

  • search for an individual product in the offer of products in the online store;
  • product selection for purchase;
  • product availability;
  • adding the selected product for purchase to the shopping cart;
  • determining the quantity of the product to be purchased in the shopping cart;
  • review of the price of the selected product in the selected quantity, including the calculated tax;
  • choice of payment method;
  • review of the order with the selected method of delivery of the product and the charged delivery costs

5.3. Technological means that enable the identification and correction of errors before placing an order

Prior to placing an order, the customer is enabled via the graphical user interface to, with immediate effect, easily and without difficulty:

  • sees and reviews which products he has selected and added to the shopping cart;
  • sees and reviews the price of an individual product and the total price of the entire selected quantity of an individual product;
  • changes the selected quantity of an individual product and calculates the new price of the quantity thus changed;
  • removes selected products that it does not want to buy from the shopping cart, and
  • Before confirming the order, the customer is enabled to change the selected method of payment with an immediate effect, easily and without problems via a graphical user interface, and to review and confirm individual changes to the order.

5.4.Purchase process

Select the product you want to buy and select the “add to cart” button. At the top right of the shopping cart, the quantity and total amount of ordered products are displayed. To remove a specific product, click on “Cart” and select the red “X” to remove the product from the cart.

Start the order completion process by clicking on the shopping cart and the “Checkout” button.

By confirming the order, the user is acquainted with the general terms and conditions, personal data protection and legal notice.

After placing the order, you will receive a summary of the ordered products by e-mail.

5.5. Contract of sale

The sales contract is concluded in English. In accordance with the law, the purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder PE Millennium HOME, Millennium Travel d.o.o. sends the customer the first electronic message about the status of his order (with the title: confirmation of receipt of the order). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. The buyer is a person with the data as stated when placing the order. It is not possible to change customer data later.

6. Invoice

You will receive an invoice for your order by e-mail and together with the product in the shipment.

The customer receives an invoice for each separate order or a separate shipment within the order separately.

The invoice breaks down the price, tax, and all costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data on the invoice and notify the provider of any errors within 8 working days at the latest. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account by the bidder.

7. Right of withdrawal and refund

You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day when you or a third-party appointed by you who is not a carrier has taken ownership of the last good.

Of your decision to withdraw this agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form (Sample withdrawal form), although this is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal

1. Refund payment

If you withdraw the contract, we have to reimburse all payments received from you, including shipping costs with  at the latest within fourteen days from the day when we receive your notification of withdrawal for this contract.

For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; on no account will you be charged fees due to this repayment.

The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the items (shipping).

The refund will be processed as soon as practicable but within fourteen (14) working days of the Product arriving to the return centre in a perfect resalable condition. Deductions may be made from refunds where such returned Products are returned in an unacceptable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:

  • if no invoice is attached,
  • if the goods have not been returned in their original packaging,
  • if the customer has handled the product incorrectly, uneconomically and negligently,
  • if the user has used the goods.

2. Refund items

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us that you were withdrawing this contract. The deadline is satisfied if you send the goods before expiry of the fourteen day period.

8. Complaints

Complaints will be considered if the provider did not comply with the agreement in the order (did not deliver the ordered product or sent damaged or incorrect products, in the wrong quantity, color or otherwise deviate from the customer’s order. The provider undertakes to eliminate these errors as soon as possible possible time.

9. Purchase security

For Millennium HOME store, the security of online purchases is fundamental. All transactions are performed through secure payment systems. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly in encrypted format (SSL) to the entity.

For these purposes, the provider uses a 256-bit SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization.

The user is also responsible for security by ensuring adequate software and anti-virus protection for the security of his computer.

PE Millennium HOME, Millennium Travel d.o.o.  uses customer personal information exclusively for order processing (sending information, quotations, invoices, delivery purposes) and other necessary communication with club members.

Customer information in no case will be handed over to unauthorized persons.

After completion of the order, only order information is stored, which can be accessed only with knowledge of the user account number and order/invoice number.

Customer is also responsible for personal data protection by ensuring the security of their e-mail address, user name and password, and with appropriate software (anti-virus) to protect your computer.

Personal data retention periods

Provider Millennium HOME, Millennium Travel d.o.o. undertakes to process personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing and, as long as this is necessary to achieve the objective pursued, and, if obtained with consent, until revoked.

At the beginning of the user session, which begins when you log in or add the product to the cart, the user’s IP address is also written to the database for security purposes. This session data is kept for up to 2 hours. After 2 hours, inactive sessions are automatically deleted. Additionally, the user’s IP address is also recorded in the server logs for security purposes. He stays there for a maximum of 2 months. After 2 months, the logs are automatically deleted.

It thus processes personal data until the fulfillment of the purpose or within the limitation periods for obligations that could arise from the processing of such personal data, especially when the processing of personal data is necessary within the framework of concluding or performing a contract. In the latter cases Millennium Travel d.o.o. keeps the data in accordance with the legal order.

We do not take responsibility for any consequences caused by the temporary non-functioning of the website due to technical problems and thus the online store.

We reserve the right to change the content on a daily basis, errors in prices and written text. By using the online store, the customer confirms that he accepts the described conditions and agrees with them.

The trader makes every effort to ensure that the information published in his online store is up-to-date and correct, but product characteristics, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the trader fails to correct the information published in the online store in a timely manner. In such a case, the trader will notify the buyer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order (see point 8).

Although the retailer strives to provide accurate photographs of products sold in the online store, all photographs should be taken as symbolic.

11.3 Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation, obligations and other regulations governing the provision of goods and services via the World Wide Web. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail. The complaint is submitted via e-mail info@millenniumhome.eu. The appeal procedure is confidential.

The bidder will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the buyer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.

The provider is aware that the essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.

Glede na to, da ima Millennium HOME, Millennium Travel d.o.o, vzpostavljen učinkovit sistem obravnavanja pritožb,  skladno z določili Zakona o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov ne priznava nobenega izvajalca izvensodnega reševanja potrošniških sporov kot pristojnega za reševanje potrošniškega spora.

Sloveniji , skladno z določbami relevantne zakonodaje objavlja elektronsko povezavo na platformo za spletno reševanje potrošniških sporov (SRPS).
