8. Complaints
Complaints will be considered if the provider did not comply with the agreement in the order (did not deliver the ordered product or sent damaged or incorrect products, in the wrong quantity, color or otherwise deviate from the customer’s order. The provider undertakes to eliminate these errors as soon as possible possible time.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint in the following cases:
- if no invoice is attached,
- if the goods have not been returned in their original packaging,
- if the customer has handled the product incorrectly, uneconomically and negligently,
- if the user has used the goods indefinitely until the withdrawal from the contract.
